PRAYER: PETITION filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to furnish the copies of documents and dates impounded during the survey held at the petitioner's house and hospital premises between 05.09.2019 to 07.09.2019 in terms of petitioner's letter dated 25.11.2019, 26.11.2019 and 27.11.2019 to enable the petitioner to submit the returns pursuant to notice under Section 148 for the assessment year 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-2017 and 2017-18 and grant 30 days time for filing the said returns from the date of furnishing the copies of the impounded documents and data. The prayer in this writ petition is for a mandamus directing the respondent/Assessing Officer, the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax to furnish copies of documents and dates, impounded during the survey at the petitioner's house and hospital premises between 05.09.2019 to 07.09.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter had come up for admission, this Court by order dated 10.12.2019 had permitted the petitioner to furnish the correct email Id to which the documents were to be sent. The email was also furnished. Today learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that some documents have been received by him and that he awaits the remaining. Let representation be made in this regard. Such representation, if and when filed, shall be considered expeditiously by the respondent.

3. This writ petition is disposed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
