This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21134 of 2024 on 30.08.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai on every working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and C.C.No.928 of 2024 has been filed before the I Additional Special Court. He added that the next hearing date is fixed on 22.11.2024.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21134 of 2024 on 30.08.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the hearing dates.
