This application has been filed by the applicant/third defendant to delete their name from the array of party defendants in the suit. 2.Learned counsel for the plaintiff, on instructions, would state no objection for allowing this application.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown for deleting the name of the applicant/third defendant.

4.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the third defendant is deleted from the array of party defendants in the suit. 5.The second defendant has already been deleted as a party defendant in the suit. However, the name of the counsel for the second defendant is continued to be listed in the cause list. vga 6.Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits, on instructions that the plaintiff is giving up the defendants 4 and 5 from the array of party defendants in the suit. She has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. Accordingly, the defendants 4 and 5 are given up as party defendants in the suit. 7.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out amendments in terms of this order.

8.Post the matter for filing affidavit of admission/denial of documents on 13.12.2023.
