Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant 3 Phase LT connection for energizing the commercial operation of the Petrol bunk in the petitioner's land in Survey No.144/2C, admeasuring to an extent of 1337.36 sq.feet in Thandekuppam Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District. O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to grant 3 Phase LT connection for energizing the commercial operation of the Petrol bunk in the petitioner's land.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only for consideration of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 11.10.2017, to the second respondent, seeking 3 Phase LT connection, which is said to be pending.

3. Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.10.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fourth respondent as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
