O R D E R
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent herein to consider the representation dated 08.09.2018 made by the petitioner seeking to make corrections in his patta granted in favour of the subject land.
2. The case of the petitioner being an absolute owner of the property comprised in Old S.No.1/1, New S.No.752/2 to an extent of 0.19.1/2 cents, Kuvathur Village, had made a representation dated 08.09.2018 to the 1st respondent herein seeking correction in patta granted with respect to the subject property and the same was forwarded to the 4th respondent herein. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition with the aforesaid relief.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the 4th respondent herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R4, submits that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the respondents have commenced the enquiry and the same will be concluded within a period of twelve weeks.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 4th respondent/Tahsildar to consider the representation dated 08.09.2018 made by the petitioner seeking corrections in patta with respect to the subject property and dispose of the same on merits after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No Costs.
