This petition is filed to condone the delay of 105 days in preferring the appeal.
2. Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 1 to 4. The fifth respondent is the owner of the offending vehicle and he remained exparte before the Tribunal. This Court dispenses notice to the fifth respondent, since the petitioner/appellant challenges only the quantum of the award.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed, subject to the condition, the petitioner/appellant pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to Samarpana Centre for Human Service, No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Kolathur, Chennai - 99, on or before 14.12.2023.
3. Post the matter on 15.12.2023, under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
