This petition has been filed seeking directions to the second and third respondents police officials not to harass the petitioner in pursuant to the representation dated 30.10.2024 made to the first respondent. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint received, preliminary enquiry has been conducted, which revealed that the dispute is civil in nature and hence the complaint was closed.
