This petition is filed to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him either in person or through counsel.

3.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 152 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
