2.According to the applicant, substantial part of cause of action arose within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, however, the defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, this grant leave application. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, considering the fact that the defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, and also considering the relief sought for in the main suit, this application is allowed. Leave granted.
