Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Third Respondents to issue Petitioner's Bachelor Degree (B.E., CSE) Degree Certificate, Provisional Certificate, Consolidated Mark Shett, and 6th to 8th Semester arrear Mark Sheets and for a consequential direction to pay necessary compensation for enormous delay in issuance of degree certificates.

also given undertaking affidavit that he is giving up the claim for the damages and the same is recorded.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents submits that the Degree Certificate could not be granted as the date of convocation is already over. It is open to the Petitioner to apply for Degree Certificate, when the convocation is notified, and the same shall be granted to the Petitioner in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
