ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 20.11.2019 and to give proper police protection to the Seventh day Adventist north Tamil Conference mentioned Church, Opposite to Jipmer, Goridmedu, Pondicherry for the peaceful conduct of prayers.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the respondents have not received any representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2019 and hence he requested to direct the petitioner to give a fresh representation and on such representation the respondents will consider the same.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the respondents and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent has to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ petition is disposed of.
