ORDER
This application is filed by the applicant to receive the additional documents in the suit in C.S.No.23 of 2023.

The applicant herein is the plaintiff in the main suit and he has filed the suit for recovery of money. At the time of filing of the suit, the plaintiff has filed the xerox copy of the sale deed dated 14.12.2020 as he was unable to obtain the original document. Now, he had obtained the certified copy of the sale deed dated 14.12.2020. Further, the other documents such as the judgment dated 02.12.2023, the bank statement and the Income Tax Returns are also obtained by the applicant recently. As these documents are relevant to prove his case, the applicant has filed this application to receive the above mentioned documents as the additional documents.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the nature of the suit and since the trial has not been commenced in the suit and in order to prove the case of the applicant, the production of the said
documents are very essential, this petition is allowed and the documents shall be taken as additional documents subject to proof, relevance and admissibility. However, the respondent is at liberty to raise any objection at the time of marking of these documents.

Post the matter before the Master for recording evidence on 04.12.2025.
