The petitioners/A3 and A4 seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.1084 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1) and 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 2.It is stated that A1 and A2 had been arrested and five victim women were also been rescued.
3.It is stated that the petitioners are Managing Director and General Manager of Sparrow's Ayurvedic Saloon & Foot Reflexology. It is stated that they will arrange at a cost of Rs.5,000/- necessities to be happy with women. 4.Taking into consideration the nature of offence involved, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
