This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent to dispose of the enquiry for the issuance of joint patta in Cheyyur Taluk in Town Survey No.870/11 for 0.12 1/2 cent within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions ie., on 26.06.2024 and 01.07.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has directed the Registry to list the case on 03.07.2024 under the caption " For Dismissal".

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this writ petition for Non-prosecution. Page No.2 of 5

4. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed for Non-prosecution. No costs.
