(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 127 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners.

3. Mr.B.Kumarasamy, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondents.

4. Though the learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed condonation of delay, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 127 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
