Prayer: to permit the petitioner to make the following amendments in the writ petition in W.P.No.10104 of 2018 (1) To remove the 4 th respondent School named St.Annes Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in the cause title of affidavit and writ petition and 1 st and 2 nd lines of para-No.2 of the affidavit in support of the petition and replace the same with Stanes Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School.

ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. This application is filed to replace the name of the 4 th respondent School from St.Anne's Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School to "Stanes Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School".

3. The said application is not seriously opposed by the counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. In view of the above and for the reasons indicated in the affidavit, the amendment is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.

6. List the matter on 14.10.2025.
