This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16373 in Crl.O.P.No.20606 of 2023 dated 11.10.2023 with a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court.
