The petitioner had applied for subsidy for tractor engine No.TN000000237/2019/20/01 Vehicle name TRACTOR 2 WD (ABOUT 40' 70 PTO WP MODEL 5785 D1 POWERFUL BHOMI BHUTHA BASE MODEL) under the scheme of Central Government.

2. He had made online application. In the online application, he had made one mistake. Instead of the name https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thiyagadhurugam, he had given Kallakkurichi. It is a known fact that the Thiyagadhurugam is in Kallakkurichi District. The village name viz., Chinnamampattu has been given correctly.

3. In this connection, the petitioner has given representation dated 19.11.2019. But the representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the respondents are hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2019, issue notice to the petitioner, examine the records, give him opportunity of personal hearing and pass appropriate orders with reasons. Such exercise must be completed on or before 31.01.2020.

4. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
