This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20823 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023 with a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and on every date of hearings before the trial Court without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear on all the Court hearing dates before the Trial Court.
