When the matter came up for hearing on 11.09.2024, the learned counsel for the respondent stated that he has not able to contact his party and as a last chance, he prayed for short accommodation and therefore, the matter was posted for hearing on 25.09.2024.

2. On 25.09.2024, the learned counsel for the appellant wanted the matter to be referred for mediation. The learned counsel for the respondent stated that the appellant already got married and also having child and hence, there is no purpose in referring the matter for mediation and thereafter, the matter was posted on 26.09.2024.

3. Today when the matter is called, again, the learned counsel for the respondent has repeated that the appellant got married. Therefore, in order to ascertain the same, the appellant is directed to be present before this Court on 14.10.2024.

4. Post the matter on 14.10.2024.
