The petitioner in Crime No.905 of 2023, registered under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that on 29.10.2023, the respondent had arrested A1 and A2 who were found in possession of 1056 bottles of Puducherry liquor. The petitioner/A3 had somehow managed and escaped from the spot. There are also three previous cases of similar in nature against the petitioner herein.

3. Taking all the factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
