Considering the fact that the plaintiff has filed the suit only for recovery of money and substantial cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court; and only the defendants 2, 3 and 5 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
