ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer of trial from the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Senthurai, Ariyalur to the Assistant Sessions Court at Perambalur in C.C.No.37 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Senthurai, Ariyalur District.

2. This Court, by order dated 05.01.2024 passed in this petition, had directed the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Senthurai, Ariyalur, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.37 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Now, the Principal District Judge, Ariyalur, by letter dated 09.05.2025 in D.No.6992/2025, forwarded the requisition sent by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai, dated 30.04.2025 in D.No.920/2025, in which, the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai, sought for extension of time to dispose of C.C.No.37 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 2 / 4

5. The time for disposing of C.C.No.37 of 2020 is hereby extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the trial Court is directed to dispose of the said case on merits and in accordance with law, and file the report before this Court in respect of the same.
