This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14086 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14881 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 22.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
