This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.6(b) passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24070 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor (Customs) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
