The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(2)(a), 5(1)(a) and 7(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.569 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22779 of 2023 had been dismissed on 05.10.2023. 3.It is stated that the petitioner is the owner of a spa called Pearl View Medi. It is stated that five victims had been rescued from the said spa and A2 had been arrested.

4.One major objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is that the address given by the petitioner is a false address.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner forwarded a copy of the Adhaar Card and still stated that the petitioner is residing in the said address.

smv 6.However, the respondent had verified that particular place and have also forwarded, for reference the statement of Engineer G. Saravanan, aged 60 years residing at Door No.29 New No.84/3, Perumal Koil East Street, Chennakrishnapuram, Salem - 7, wherein he had stated that he is the owner of the flat at 1st Floor, Door No.4, D2 in 6th cross street, Salem and that the petitioner who was a tenant came as tenant six years back and had vacated 2 1⁄2 years back. Obviously the statement made by the petitioner before this Court is not a correct statement. 7.Taking all the factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
