In paragraph no.8 of the order dated 14.08.2019, this Court had directed the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (BCTNP) to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the seven practitioners and submit the compliance report by 01.11.2019.

2. The Bar Council has filed the present criminal miscellaneous petition for extension of time, on the ground, that the records were not received from the Registry of this Court, in time. In support of this request, Mr.C.Rajakumar, Secretary, Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (BCTNP), has filed an affidavit.
