The above Application is filed seeking to issue a fresh letter from the Official Liquidator addressed to the Sub Registrar, Sunguvarchatram, in place of the earlier letter dated 16.04.2019 which according to the applicant could not be presented by him as he had presented the deed beyond 120 days time.

2. It is seen that the applicant has paid the entire sale consideration and what remains is only the formal registration of the sale deed.

3. Considering the above fact this Court directs the Official Liquidator to issue a fresh letter to the office of the Sub Registrar in the place of the earlier letter 16.04.2019 so as to enable the applicant to register the sale deed for Plot No. 50 measuring 6000 Square Feet comprising in Survey No. 187/6A, 6B at Podavur Village, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
