This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 27.06.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.35 of 2024 in M.C.No.172 of 2017 by the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 20 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
