Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the order of the 2nd respondent passed in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.8890/Aa5/2019 dated 28.08.2019, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant (Physics) in the 3rd respondent School with effect from date of initial appointment, by considering the proposal resubmitted by the 4th respondent dated 06.06.2018, and confer all consequential benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also submitted a letter to the Registry dated 23.11.2020 to withdraw this writ petition.
