This application has been filed for reception of additional documents. Though, seven documents have been filed, the learned counsel fairly submitted that only three documents, namely certified copies of the judgment in Spl. SC.No.23 of 2021 and deposition of the wife of the petitioner and grand children in this case are necessary.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for that and as far as the previous statement is concerned it can be used only for the purpose of corroboration/contradiction. The application is ordered in respect of reception of the above said three documents.

3. Accordingly, the application is ordered.
