Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C., to withdraw the M.C.No.33 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to withdraw the M.C.No.33 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.This petition is filed to withdraw M.C.No.33 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore to Family Court at Vellore, since the respondents, who were earlier residing at Cuddalore, have shifted to Gudiyattam and the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is working as a Teacher in Brammaas Vidhyalaya CBSE School, Gudiyattam.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents took adjournment to confirm the said fact and today, he reports that the respondents have shifted and resided at Gudiyattam and therefore, there is no objection in transferring her case pending before the Family Court, Cuddalore to Family Court, Vellore.

5.In view of the above fact and taking into consideration the convenience of the parties, the case in M.C.No.33 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore is withdrawn and the same is transferred to the Family Court, Vellore. On receipt of the records, the Family Court, Vellore shall cause notice to both the parties, commence the proceedings and complete it, as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
