Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Respondent has regularised the loan and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the application and hence this application may be closed. She further submitted that initial remuneration has already been paid to the Advocate Commissioner as ordered by this Court vide order dated 01.12.2023.
