ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appeared for the petitioner as well as the respondents. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to permit the petitioners herein to operate the Joint Bank Locker Account bearing No.D5-129, with the first respondent Bank.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.10.2021, this Court passed the following order:
"The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent bank fairly submitted that if the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
approach the respondent Bank and comply with the required legal formalities within a week's time, the respondent bank would consider the claim of the petitioners.
2.Such statement made by the learned counsel for the first respondent is recorded.
3.Post this matter on 02.11.2021"
4.As submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent on the earlier occasion, the request of the petitioners would have considered by the respondent bank, that may be the reason for non-appearance of the petitioner. 5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
