W.M.P. No.19370 of 2017 in W.P.No.14486 of 2010 MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J.

The above miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the legal heir in the place of deceased writ petitioner B.Manoharan in the above writ petition.

2. It is seen from records that during the pendency of the above writ petition the petitioner died on 31.10.2013 leaving behind the petitioners/sons of the deceased as legal heir. There is no objection from the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents to entertain this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

28.03.2022 smn:The registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the matter on after two weeks.
