Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in the Crime No.851 of 2024. However, the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.896 of 2024.

3. At this juncture, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh petition with correct crime number.
