This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23731 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
