ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to defreeze the petitioner's bank account forthwith, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2025. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.
The petitioner maintained a bank account bearing Account No.50100008127190 with the first respondent. While being so, the first respondent had froze the petitioner's account and did not permit the petitioner to operate the same. It is further submitted that the amount in dispute involving respondents 2 to 5 herein is to the tune of Rs.37,870/-. 4.
In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to retain a sum of Rs.37,870/- as a lien in the petitioner's bank account and permit the petitioner to operate the account in respect of the remaining balance amount.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
