ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent to produce the petitioner's son namely R.Ponraj, aged about 17 years, S/o.Ramasamy before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenu is produced before this court and we have interacted with him. The detenu has expressed his willingness to go with his parents. Hence, the detenu is handed over to his father/ petitioner.
