Reporting non compliance of the order under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., the present Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the respondent police to register the complaint as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam in Crl.M.P.No.3404 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022.

When the matter is came up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that pursuant to the direction of the learned Magistrate, FIR has been registered in Crime No.1296 of 2023 dated 13.12.2023 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 379, 441 & 506(ii) IPC. 3.

This Court finds that there is a deliberate breach in compliance of the Court order by the concerned Station House Officer. Hence the matter may be placed before the appropriate disciplinary authority to take the 2/4

departmental proceedings against the person concerned who have failed to comply the Court order for nearly one year.

With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
