O R D E R

The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 05.06.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2),191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 109 r/w 3(5) of BNS 2023 altered to 191(2),191(3), 126(2),296(b), 103(1) r/w 3(5) of BNS 2023 in Crime No.321 of 2025, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the deceased went to the house of A3 and abused her in filthy language since A3 refused to give 1/4

liquor to him. Thereafter, the accused along with other persons went to the house of the deceased and assaulted him with knife and caused grievous injuries. Hence, the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this petitioner has ten previous cases of a similar nature and is in the habit of violating the provisions of the Act. 4.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
