This application is filed to recall the order dated 02.12.2019 to the extent of imposition of cost of Rs.25,000/- passed in C.S.No.280 of 2013.

2. Taking note of the fact that DW1 has subjected himself for cross examination on 17.12.2019 and in view of the medical certificate, which indicates that the absence of DW1 on previous three hearings was not wilful. Hence, the order of imposing cost of Rs.25,000/- by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2019 is recalled.
