ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The Public Interest Litigation has been filed by the petitioner alleging inaction on his representation dated 21.07.2025 raising complaint against encroachment in S.Nos.68 and 137/94 of Konanthangal lake.

2. We find that the petitioner, without waiting for a reasonable

time, has filed this petition. The representation filed by the petitioner should be duly enquired into. If it is found that encroachment has been made in the lake, the same is required to be removed.
