By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 25.10.2024 making certain allegations against the administration of the Shri Arulmigu Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, Thurivaali-Thirunagari Divya Desam, Mayiladuthurai District and pass orders, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he donated a sum of Rs.8,60,000/- for construction of outer wall of the Temple and the said construction was not properly completed. The petitioner also made various allegations, irregularities in the administration of the Temple and collection 2/6

of funds from the public. He submitted a representation dated 25.10.2024 to the respondents seeking necessary action and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR and CE), who is taking notice for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that initially the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.4,40,000/- towards repair of the outer wall and the said work was completed by entering into an agreement with one Vil Vendran-Sthapati of the Department. The learned Government Advocate (HR and CE) further submits that later the petitioner issued a cheque for Rs.4,00,000/- for painting top roof of the metal sheet in the temple. However, the cheque was bounced for 'insufficient funds'. The learned Government Advocate (HR and CE) further submitted that in any event, the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.10.2024 will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and submission of the learned Government Advocate 3/6

(HR and CE) for the respondents, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.10.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
