Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third and fifth respondents to consider the representation dated 10.05.2025 to exclude the petitioner's land measuring an extent of 62 sq.mtr. comprised in S.No.621/1G13A2 via proceeding No.Na.Ka.09/2025/L.A dated 15.04.2025 from taking land for acquisition for the expansion of four lane road project under the National Highways Authority of India and restrain the unauthorised GAIL officials, their men, agents, subordinate officials and other persons from illegally interfering with the petitioner's possession over the said land.
