Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue orders to the 4th respondent to handover the charge and administration of the Arulmigu Karuparayan and Mariamman Temple Trust to the petitioner in pursuance to the election and resolution dated 21.08.2025 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate protection to the petitioner from 4th respondent and others in taking over the Charge & Administration of the Trust.

ORDER
