Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to dispose the O.S.No.50 of 2015, within a time limit stipulated by this court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.50 of 2015, within a time limit stipulated by this court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners/2nd and 3rd defendants submitted that the suit was filed by the respondents 1 to 3, seeking the relief of declaration, that the settlement deed dated 12.02.2013, sale deed dated 21.08.2013, cancellation deed dated 18.12.2014, rectification deed dated 18.12.2014, deed of general power of attorney dated 18.12.2014, as null and void. Thereafter, the petitioners entered appearance and filed written statement in O.S.No.50 of 2015. The suit is pending for trial. Due to the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, there is no progress in the suit. Therefore, the petitioners pray for fixing a time limit for early disposal of the 2/4

suit in O.S.No.50 of 2015.

Considering the limited prayer, and also the fact that the suit is pending for trial, this court directs the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.50 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
