Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition dated 17.04.2025 in Na.Ka.11362/2025/12 filed by the respondents 4 to 6 against the order dated 04.04.2025 made in Pa.Mu.5201/2024/B1 passed by the 2nd Respondent within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the respondents 4 to 6 dated 17.04.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property originally belonged to the petitioner's grandmother Kamalammal. However, the rival party managed to create partition deed on 18.03.2024 in favour of the respondents 4 to 6. By virtue of the same, their names were included in the patta.

4. The petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent and sought for cancellation and transfer of patta in the name of the respondents 4 to 6 and to include his grandmother's name Kamalammal. The said appeal was allowed by the second respondent by an order dated 04.04.2025.

5. The respondents 4 to 6 filed a revision petition before the first respondent against the order passed by the second respondent. Enquiry notice was issued and thereafter, there was no progress in the proceedings. As a result, the order passed by the second respondent has not been implemented. Under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be 3/5

a direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry in the revision petition that is pending, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned and final orders shall be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
