This revision is filed seeking a direction to dispose of E.P.No.39 of 2019 in R.C.O.P.No.96 of 2016, pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, within a time frame.

2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in this revision which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that earlier the petitioners have filed the said petition for eviction of the respondent and the same was allowed by the trial Court in the year 2018 and there is no appeal against the said order and it has become final. Thereafter, the petitioners have filed the present execution petition and the same is pending. In these circumstances, the petitioners have filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the E.P. within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.39 of 2019 in R.C.O.P.No.96 of 2016, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
