Mr.M.Francis Antony, learned counsel on record for the petitioner states that pursuant to the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has received a notice on 07.12.2023 calling upon him to remit the cost for shifting of transformer, which the petitioner cannot bear as he is a poor farmer. He seeks liberty to withdraw this Writ Petition and file a more comprehensive Writ Petition challenging the notice as well. He makes an endorsement to this effect. 2/4
